In this role, you will lead maintenance scheduling, coordinate equipment installations, and manage a skilled team of Slot Technicians to ensure reliable performance, smooth operations, and exceptional service across all three properties. **THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Responsible for the maintenance and performance of Slot and Table Games equipment including machine moves, installations, removals, conversions and repairs while ensuring compliance with jurisdictional regulations and leading a team of Slot Technicians to support efficient operations across all three properties* Maintain accurate records of all machines across the properties including par sheets, compliance and regulatory documentation, and machine moves* Order and maintain inventory of parts while partnering with Corporate Slot Strategy to ensure proper par levels and assisting with required paperwork and invoice processing for leased machines and parts* Remain up to date on all advances in technology, including training for the Slot Technical department employees* Manage Human Resources responsibilities including creating a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, feedback, recognition, and employee satisfaction while ensuring quality hiring, training, succession planning, and compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and collective bargaining agreements* Schedule all on‐property aspects of slot projects while coordinating with the Corporate Slot Strategy team* Continuously evaluate staffing levels in accordance with business demand, forecasts, and budgetary guidelines, ensuring necessary adjustments are made as needed* Acts as a liaison between vendors and the property.
