Tax Senior Manager - High Net Worth

Keiter is seeking a dynamic and client service-oriented individual to join our practice as a Tax Senior Manager specializing in high net worth individuals. Qualified candidates will also have experience with trust and/or estate tax matters.Our Mission:To provide quality service to our clientsTo provide fulfilling careers to our staffTo share our time and resources to give back to the communityPrimary Responsibilities and KnowledgeServe as liaison among senior managers, partners, clients, and staff. Handle all phases of tax engagements specializing in those related to work in our FEAS areaPossess strong technical skills in accounting and tax preparation (individual taxation, multi-state taxation, trust and/or estate)Working knowledge of US Tax Code and technical aspects of tax preparation and complianceServe as the main point of contact for multiple clients and directly handle tax-related communication with clients/' attorneys, brokers, or other third partiesParticipate in the development of staff through one-on-one teachable moments and offering feedback on a regular basis; also seek feedback from othersActively participate in the generation of additional business by developing relationships with key service providers, seeking out new clients, and following-through with leadsContribute to and foster a positive work environmentJob Requirements:Hold active CPA license; CFP is a plusAt least five years of experience in public accounting, tax consulting, or other related experienceAbility to develop relationships with current and potential clientsEqual Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
