A technology background is desired. The work environment offers exposure to a mix of public, private, and pre-IPO clients.SENIORS:Knowledge Preferred: Considerable knowledge of public accounting audit practices and procedures, U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB standards. Thorough knowledge of first-level review of audit reports produced by associates. CPA licensure preferred.Skills Preferred: Strong technical skills in accounting and reporting standards, experience designing engagement procedures based on risk and materiality, applying professional skepticism, and managing engagements. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively with clients, and provide leadership and feedback to team members.Minimum Experience: 3 yearsMinimum Education: BA or BS in Accounting or related field, with sufficient hours for CPA licensure. CPA exam passed.MANAGER CANDIDATES:First-year seniors or experienced managers, preferably with software revenue recognition experience.Knowledge Preferred: Knowledge of SEC rules, U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, PCAOB regulations, and advising clients on technical accounting and business issues. Familiarity with services proposals.Skills Preferred: Leadership in developing audit approaches, understanding of technology industry issues such as business combinations, complex capital structures, stock-based compensation, revenue recognition, and VIEs. Experience evaluating innovative business models.Minimum Experience: 5 yearsMinimum Education: BA or BS in Accounting or related field, with sufficient hours for CPA licensure.Excellent company, pre-public in software cloud space. #J-18808-Ljbffr
