* Prepare purchase orders and work orders for the intercompany and customer requested supplies and services.* Works closely with National Account Managers to respond to and service retail customers.* Research and resolve concerns and questions for retail technician and customer calls.* Assists other departments and divisions with customer needs.* Use software to build service routes for retail technicians.* Update supply logs, enter service dates into customer schedules, assemble routing for weekly retail services, and any other assigned tasks such as assisting National Account Specialists with customer reporting.* Participate in on-call support for customers and technicians.* Review and submit billing in support of retail customers.* Performs other related duties as assigned.* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work within a team environment and handle multiple tasks.* Strong computer, MS Excel, and phone skills required.* Previous customer service experience.* Knowledge of waste industry.* Strong computer, MS Excel, and phone skills required.* Proficiency with: Microsoft Office Suite, Zendesk, Salesforce, and ability to learn new IT systems and client ticketing portals.* Experience with EQAI and COR2 - preferred.* Industry background and experience (RCRA, DOT/HAZMAT) - preferred.* Occasional travel as determined by management.* Experience in a high volume or large corporate environment - preferred.## **Why Work With Us** #J-18808-Ljbffr
