Backed by top-tier investors and experiencing rapid growth, the team operates with a startup pace and a mission-driven culture.With a major contract decision expected soon, the company is proactively hiring a Full Stack Engineer to work across the entire technology stack. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to product innovation in a collaborative, agile environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain applications from the front end through backend microservicesDevelop user interfaces using Angular and backend services in GoWork with relational (Postgres) and non-relational (MongoDB) databasesImplement event-driven services with KafkaContainerize and deploy applications with Kubernetes on AzureCollaborate with DevOps to ensure SOC → FedRAMP compliance readinessTranslate operational needs into clean, maintainable code and documentationQualificationsHands-on full-stack development experienceProficiency with Angular, Go (or similar backend languages), Azure, Kubernetes, and KafkaKnowledge of Postgres and MongoDBAdaptability to a fast-moving, startup-like environmentStrong problem-solving and communication skillsWillingness to go the extra mile when neededAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
