Advanced degrees (M.S. or Ph.D.) preferred.Patent Bar: Must be registered with the USPTO by passing the patent bar exam (or hired as a technical specialist with intent to pursue registration).Experience: 1–4 years of experience in patent prosecution or related technical fields preferred.
