Job Description We are seeking a Director of School with DCF credentials to lead the School Division, with management experience. The director must have a passion for children and extensive experience in directing and managing early childhood educational programs. The Director will oversee all academic, staffing, training, and operational aspects of the school. Previous experience in education and management is required. The primary responsibility of the Director is to assist the CEO in managing operational needs, ensuring the school maintains capacity, growth, and marketing efforts. The Director will collaborate with the CEO on program development, vision, and service expansion, as well as facilitate enrollment and pursue grant opportunities. This is a full-time, annual position. The Director will ensure quality, child-centered education, mentor teachers, monitor monthly lesson plans, review children's outcomes, and manage daily staff duties. We will support certifications and training based on the applicant's needs. Bilingual (English-Spanish) skills are a plus; native English proficiency is required.
