Overview North California – Independent Rep – Greater Bay Area Based Leatt MX Outside Sales Representative: The Leatt MX Outside Sales Representative will meet category objectives and sales revenue targets by driving sales at the dealer level and providing outside sales support within the assigned territory. An independent sales role focused on the sales of Leatt products with a 100% commission-based pay structure, reporting to Leatt’s National Sales Manager. Responsibilities Focused outside sales of Leatt Products to an established but growing base of power sports dealers. Must be able to create a value-added partner relationship with the territory’s account base. Attain working knowledge of the Leatt brand history, vision, and mission, and successfully communicate this message to your dealer base. Become an expert in the features and benefits of Leatt products and successfully communicate the unique qualities of the products we offer. Assess individual dealer needs and suggest how Leatt products can meet their requirements. Maintain an ongoing call schedule, managing booking orders, backorders, RAs, and general order entry as required, all through Leatt’s B2B, and BoB systems. Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals and product quotas as established. Successful candidates are goal-oriented, outgoing, motivated, persuasive, able to multi-task, and possess the unbreakable desire to achieve. Must have the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. The ability to travel in the territory daily. A pleasant positive personality, professional manner, and great communication skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks are essential. To Excel at this Job You can’t wait to get up and get at it every day – work the phones and hit the road. You will meet with and create a bond with a plethora of different dealerships with one goal in mind: to sell and educate their retail staff. You will be constantly learning more about your customers, their business, and what works, and what doesn’t. You will be always improving your game; finding new opportunities, learning all the unique micro-markets in your region, and cold-call walking into new shops to learn how you can start to work together. If you love dirt bikes, the racing, the culture, and all the places they have taken you; in addition, to the love of socializing with people more – being around them, interacting with them, sharing stories of your amazing adventures on your moto this is the job for you!
