Learn about the Danaher Business System and how it enables our work.What you will doEvaluate and size market opportunities for digital solutions that enhance bioprocess equipment services, focusing on value creation for Cytiva’s Equipment Services organization.Lead and evolve the product roadmap in collaboration with global cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to shape product direction and drive adoption.Own and manage product financials, including cost structures, pipeline value, and revenue performance.Partner with Strategic Marketing and cross-functional Hardware and Equipment Services units to craft go-to-market strategies for the biotech industry.Collaborate with research and innovation teams to identify and develop future product opportunities in bioprocessing.Who you are5+ years of experience in Product Management, R&D, Data Science, Marketing, or Portfolio Management; 10+ years preferred.Strong ability to assess market potential and translate insights into actionable product strategies.Experience in matrixed, global environments, working across functions, time zones, and cultures.Background in product management with commercial awareness, or business development or services sales — ideally in biotech or life sciences.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of adapting offerings and co-creating new value propositions with partners.Foundational knowledge of technology, engineering, data science, or bioprocessing, and familiarity with digital technologies such as advanced process control and cloud-based data systems.Track record of delivering high-impact products and managing complex, high-value portfolios.Collaborative, high-performing team player who enjoys learning and growth.Travel, Environment & BenefitsThis position requires up to 20% domestic and international travel. The role supports remote work arrangements where eligible, with details provided by the interview team.The salary range for this role is $170,000 - $210,000, with the position eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan for eligible employees.
