Our client, a national distributor, is seeking a Director of FP&A to join their team and drive financial strategy and performance across corporate and retail operations. The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will play a critical role in guiding the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making. Workplace Policy: Hybrid, 4 days/week onsite Responsibilities Lead the FP&A team in developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management on key business drivers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive financial improvements Develop and implement processes to enhance financial reporting and analysis Provide expertise in wholesale and direct-to-consumer financial dynamics, including pricing strategies, margin analysis, and inventory management Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 5+ years experience, preferably 3+ in a top consulting firm Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Proficient in financial modeling and use of financial software/tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
