Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Job Title AKA : Multi-Unit General ManagerThe Role (what You'll Actually Do)Own the entire operation of a single site doing ~$10M across multiple concepts, with two distinct service models, one team, one heartbeat.Orchestrate in real time: Place 5-6 managers and 60-80 staff where they're needed as demand shifts across brands and dayparts.Build the machine while you run it: Install durable SOPs, labor models, station design, and cross-brand expo / kitchen flows. Turn "tribal knowledge" into documented standards.Drive the P&L: Deliver 4-wall EBITDA, manage prime cost, improve throughput / ticket times, and protect the guest experience.Develop leaders: Turn capable managers into system builders.
