OverviewInvestBev is the premier private equity firm in the adult beverage industry, with over $400 million in assets under management and $100 million in private credit dedicated to supporting brands in the alcohol beverage sector. The firm provides financing, insurance, equity, and advisory services to brands across all three tiers of the industry to help navigate growth, mitigate risk, and secure resources in a rapidly evolving market.The PositionBackground: InvestBev is seeking to hire a seasoned, highly networked Head of Capital Formation & Investor Relations to lead capital formation and fundraising efforts across family offices, multi-family offices, RIAs, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional investors. The ideal candidate has a successful track record raising capital for private equity or alternative asset managers and strong relationships within the allocator community. This is a foundational hire with autonomy, visibility, and direct impact on the firm’s reputation, growth trajectory, and investor base. The candidate should be eager to roll up their sleeves, help shape its investor experience, and grow alongside the firm.ResponsibilitiesIdentify, cultivate, and manage relationships with: Family Offices (Single and Multi), Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Institutional Platforms.Build and maintain relationships with existing limited partners (LPs) while expanding to new institutional and high-net-worth investors.Support the Managing Partners in developing pitch materials, fund decks, and investor presentations.Own LP communications, including quarterly letters, fund updates, and ad-hoc requests.Ensure accuracy and clarity in reporting fund performance, portfolio updates, and strategy insights.Strategy & Brand Positioning: assist in shaping the firm’s investor narrative and align communications with investment strategy and milestones.Maintain a deep understanding of the firm’s portfolio companies, market position, and future pipeline to communicate opportunities and results.Represent InvestBev at conferences, webinars, and private events; serve as a thought leader in the alternative investment space.Oversee data integrity for all investor-related information, including systems, reporting tools, and compliance tracking.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate, and value-added information for investors.Support due diligence and manage information flow during fundraising and investor inquiries.Qualifications7+ years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or alternative investment fundraising, preferably with exposure to consumer or non-correlated asset classes.Deep relationships and direct experience raising capital from family offices, RIAs, and institutional investors.Proven ability to close significant commitments and meet fundraising targets.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.Other QualificationsSeniority level: ExecutiveEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Finance and SalesIndustries: Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals #J-18808-Ljbffr
