This innovative business offers advanced solutions including a technology enhanced backbone and has achieved tremendous organic and acquisitive growth with the support of their private equity sponsor.We are seeking a transformative Chief Financial Officer who will partner strategically with the CEO to support strategic decision making, provide financial acumen, improve operations and drive the business forward. This position requires a hands-on and nimble, high caliber finance and accounting leader who can build, develop, mentor and lead a lean team and will be responsible for improving financial reporting and forecasting. The CFO will have previous experience within the equipment distribution and field services sectors and will understand the pace required to perform effectively within a private equity environment.An attractive compensation package including equity is offered.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the CEO to support strategic decision making and provide financial acumen to drive growth and operational improvements.Lead and develop a lean finance and accounting team, improving financial reporting, forecasting and internal controls.Navigate private equity expectations, manage cash flow, capital structure, and strategic partnerships.Oversee accounting, financial planning and analysis, and compliance across multi-state operations.Drive process improvements to scale the business and support acquisitions.QualificationsExperience as CFO or senior finance leader in equipment distribution and field services sectors.Hands-on, nimble leader able to operate effectively in a private equity-backed environment.Proven ability to build, mentor and lead a lean finance organization and to improve reporting and forecasting.Location & CompensationLocation: Jupiter, FLSalary range: $170,000 - $190,000 with equity opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
