OverviewJ.P. Morgan Wealth Management – Executive Director, Divisional Director of Lending. The Divisional Director of Lending promotes growth and profitability of Lending within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. You will blend strategic vision with hands-on support to expand the reach of Lending Solutions by collaborating with Market Leaders, Financial Advisors, and the lending sales team. Success is measured by business growth, talent development, and empowering advisors to deliver lending as a core client solution, while remaining adaptable under pressure. You will report to the Head of Lending Solutions for growing the business in a specified market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement regional and divisional sales strategies to expand the reach and impact of lending solutions.Identify growth opportunities and position liability management as part of comprehensive client wealth management solutions.Promote awareness and adoption of lending capabilities through strategic partnerships; maintain strong relationships with Market Leaders, Financial Advisors, clients and the lending sales team.Partner with stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Product, Credit) to deliver tailored solutions and drive high-impact initiatives and transactions.Serve as a trusted resource for complex lending queries, providing guidance to internal partners and clients.Oversee end-to-end lending pipeline, ensuring efficient deal flow, quality execution, and timely closing of transactions.Act as a subject matter expert in securities-based lending, margin lending, custom lending and mortgages; stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.Contribute to productivity, compliance, and product-innovation projects across the division.Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing lending team; foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.Provide ongoing coaching to advisors and lending specialists to enhance their proficiency across lending products.Create opportunities for team members to grow in leadership and expand proficiency across multiple lending products.Qualifications & Capabilities10+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on lending solutions within wealth management.Proven experience mentoring and developing junior talent in a sales or wealth-management environment.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; able to engage confidently with stakeholders.Demonstrated sales leadership with a track record of driving sustained business growth.Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.SIE, Series 7 & Series 66 (63/65) licenses, or willingness to obtain them within 120 days from start date as a condition of employment.Willingness to travel as needed to support market activities and business development.Regulatory / Compliance FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT: This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
