Job Title: Vice President - Investment Banking (Consumer Sector)Position Overview:We are partnering with a globally recognized full-service middle market investment bank actively expanding its Consumer sector coverage team. The firm is known for its deep industry knowledge, execution capabilities, and a track record of advising on high-profile Consumer transactions. The firm seeks a highly experienced Vice President to join its dynamic team and take a leadership role in deal execution, client relationship management, and strategic advisory.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the execution of MA and Capital Markets transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates, across Consumer sub-sectors.Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and strategic presentations.Prepare marketing materials such as pitch books, CIMs, management presentations, and other client deliverables.Collaborate with Managing Directors and senior bankers to originate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.Mentor and supervise junior team members, guiding analytical work and professional development.Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitive dynamics within the Consumer sector.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum of 4 years of full-time experience in Investment Banking with a strong emphasis on M&A.Proven expertise in building complex financial models and performing valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, comparable company analysis).Experience in preparing high-quality client-facing materials and transaction documentation.Strong foundation in accounting principles, corporate finance, and deal structuring.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Collaborative mindset with a strong work ethic and a passion for excellence.Seniority levelExecutiveEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinanceIndustries: Investment Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr
