Remote or Boston-based.ResponsibilitiesReview and validate BRDs for the Client CRMReview data spec that will sit alongside the BRD for Client CRMReview the proposed CRM data model to ensure it aligns with broader business requirementsReview and provide feedback on the CRM data mapping and migration planCollaborate on how the CRM will integrate with other systems from a data perspective, including the creation of a data flow diagram (EA also)Confirm data sources & calculationsAdvise on data ownership and stewardshipProvide test datasets & a framework for testing the data migration and flows to ensure everything works as intended before going liveManage data cleansing & validation processes within MDM, relating to Client CRM dataOpine on a plan for maintaining data quality and governance post-implementation, including regular audits and updatesOngoing: Evolve Client and Client Portfolios Masters with new attributes, as requiredReview and provide feedback on the access and permissions model to ensure that data access aligns with business needs and security protocols (Compliance also)QualificationsClient Analyst with investment management experienceUnderstanding of CRM integration (CRM environment referenced as Dynamics on the Sales Side and Smart Sheets on the Client Side)Ability to collect client-related data from a client management perspective and support the client workstream beyond CRMStrong autonomy and ability to run initiatives with minimal supervisionCompensationEstimated Min Rate: $52.50Estimated Max Rate: $75.00What’s In It for You?We welcome you to be part of a large global staffing company with a long-standing client network.
