Summary: This dedicated resource will support current and future integrations related to security, data, and feeds. They will serve as the P&C HRIS SME for integrations and security and will liaise with the other teams to manage all related production configurations. Their responsibilities will include managing all security roles and privileges, supporting ISQM audits, addressing outstanding Segregation of Duties (SOD) analysis requirements, and supporting incoming acquisition with data requirements. They will oversee data security, governance, monitoring, and retention rules, supporting Core HR configurations, reporting, playing a key role in managing integrations, data mapping, and security configurations as we onboard current and future M&As. Collaborate on Oracle Cloud including integrations, data migrations, and custom reportingDesign and enforce Oracle Cloud Security policies and conduct security gap analysesWork with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutionsPotentially develop and optimize dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools using OTBI, BI Publisher, Power BI, and TableauPartner with IT architects in relation to data architecture, ETL processes, and data warehouse design using Oracle ADW, ODI, and AlteryxProvide technical mentorship to cross-functional teamsEnsure compliance with regulatory standards such as SOX, GDPR, and HIPAAPresent technical solutions and roadmaps to business stakeholdersAuthor and update new and existing artifacts related to project requirements and configurationsQualificationsBachelor's degree5+ years of experience in Oracle BI and Cloud platformsProven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM, ERP), OAC, OIC, and Autonomous Data WarehouseHigh level of proficiency in Oracle HCM data retention and security functionalityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
