Play your part in a fast-growing organization known for excellence, profitability, and stability.What you’ll doLead a team of full stack software engineers, collaborating with global team members and stakeholders over the design and development of cool new product features and enhancementsRemove roadblocks and/or bottlenecks for the teams and resolve questions in real timeEstablish and grow relationships in our organization with other stakeholders who support and advance our productWork with the Director on quality and process standardsReview expectations and standards across the teamsHelp team members grow through mentoring, coaching, 1:1s, career planning, performance appraisals, etc.Build and develop new features and enhancements that will be a delight to our customersWhat you’ll need6+ years of software development experience plus 3 or more years’ experience managing/mentoring software developersPrior experience working as a full stack developer; web-based or multi-tier systems is desiredThe ability to interact with both technical and non-technical members of an organizationStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and come up to speed quickly on new technologies, and a self-motivated attitudeMust have hands-on experience in the following technologies: Microsoft .NET (C# and MVC), Microsoft SQL Server, Angular, Web APIs and AWSHands-on experience with GitHub best practices for team development involving feature branches, pull requests, release tags, etc. and Agile software development practices, unit testing, continuous integration, etc.Ability to drive results through your job competencies of influence, strategic execution and talent developmentAbility to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results, instils trustOur side of the dealWe believe everyone deserves to see their path forward, and the steps in place to achieve their career and financial goals.Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.The starting pay rate for this role is 2,345,000 INR per annum with 5% MBO.Pay progression based on your performance.We’re committed to helping you thrive in all aspects of your life.
