Write code, complete programming and perform testing and debugging of applications. As a member of the software engineering division, perform detailed design based on provided design or external specifications. Assist in system planning, scheduling and implementation. Analyze system specifications and existing business processes and information systems. Build enhancements (including new product features) and resolve bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. May review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate and interact with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general. May telecommute.QualificationsEmployer will accept a Master/'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in an applications developer-related occupation. Position requires:Software Design and Architecture: designing scalable, maintainable software systems;Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Applications;Agile Methodology: Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, with experience using tools like Jira and Confluence;Project Leadership: Leading the design, configuration, implementation, and support of complex Oracle ERP projects, specifically in financial module deployment;Cross-Product Integration: API integrations between key Oracle ERP modules such as Accounts Payable, General Ledger (GL), Sub Ledger Accounting (SLA), Procurement (PO), Oracle Fixed Assets (FA), and Accounts Receivable (AR);Microservice Architecture and Best Practices: Microservice architecture principles, REST API development, and technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Web Services (SOAP/REST) for system integrations;Data Modeling tools: Designing and developing ER diagrams using tools like Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler and Lucidchart for data modeling;Automated Testing: Creating automated test cases for product feature validation and conducting functional and regression testing;Development Expertise in Oracle proprietary tech stacks: Oracle RDBMS, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Application Development Framework (ADF), Oracle Workflows, Oracle Forms and Reports, PL/SQL, SQL, Java, Jdev, and XML Publisher;Oracle Integration Tools: Oracle SOA Suite, DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines; andOracle Reporting and Data Integration: Oracle Reports, Oracle XML Publisher, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for integrating and transforming data from diverse sources into Oracle ERP systems.DisclaimerCertain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.
