They're looking for a Senior Firmware Engineer with bare-metal and C/C++ experience to join their award-winning team.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop robust firmware for microcontroller-based systems using C/C++.Work directly with bare-metal systems —enabling tight control over hardware.Develop and integrate wireless communication protocols such as Bluetooth into embedded platforms.Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and systems engineers to ensure tight hardware-software integration.Contribute across the full firmware development lifecycle, from requirements to production and field support.Debug complex firmware issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and in-circuit emulators.Work with RTOS or embedded Linux environments depending on project needs.Requirements:5+ years of experience in firmware or embedded software development.Deep understanding of low-level hardware interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, GPIO, timers, ADCs).Experience with Bluetooth or other wireless communication protocols.Strong embedded debugging skills, including experience with JTAG/SWD tools.Experience working across the entire product lifecycle in a collaborative engineering team.Bonus: Familiarity with RTOS or Linux-based embedded pensation and Benefits:Competitive base salary around $140,000 annually.Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.401(k) with employer match.Generous PTO, paid holidays, and family leave.Opportunities for growth through continued education, tuition reimbursement, and certifications.If this sounds like you—or someone you know—feel free to reach out or apply directly.
