You will configure, tune, and troubleshoot enterprise-scale systems to optimize application performance, stability, and availability. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with VMware solutions including vSphere 5.x and 6.x, vCenter, SRM, vROPS, and vRealize Automation, along with excellent customer service and communication skills.Desired Skills and ExperienceVMware Certified Professional (VCP/VCDX)At least 7 years of experience in VMware administration, upgrading, replication, and maintenance (version 5.5 or above)Hands-on experience with VMware solutions and tools including vSphere, vCenter, SRM, vROPS, vRealize AutomationKnowledge of automation tools like Chef, Ansible, PuppetUnderstanding of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solutionsExperience with hybrid-cloud environments (vCloud Air)Experience in NSX deployment is a plusExperience with large multi-cluster VMware environments, preferably in a globally distributed settingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHealthcare IT background is preferredResponsibilities:Design, document, and build complex virtualization solutions, including server, storage, and network componentsTest system solutions in simulated production environments, debug, and document applications and systems manualsMaintain and optimize information systems and programs, train users, and respond to user problemsConfigure, deploy, and manage VMware vSphere, vCenter, SRM, vROPS, and vRealize AutomationAdvise management on equipment requirements and problem areasProvide project, system, and technical documentation timelyFocus on client satisfaction and expectation managementMentor and train team members in a collaborative environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
