We are a rapidly growing company with an established product-market fit, preparing to scale.As a live-service software company, data analysis and insights are crucial in guiding our product development and company trajectory. A proven track record of analytical excellence and driving actionable insights is essential. The Senior Data Analyst will report directly to the Head of Growth and collaborate closely with the CEO and executive this role, you will have the opportunity to shape your responsibilities, select your tools, and influence the direction of analytics for our product.Responsibilities:Deep-dive, synthesize, and articulate actionable insights from our data ecosystem (including in-app data, third-party tools, industry trends, and consumer research)Conduct hypothesis-driven testing, including defining, facilitating, and analyzing A/B testsDevelop strategies and execute for business intelligence and live operations reporting, including dashboards and alertsRecommend analytical tools in partnership with developers and the Head of GrowthPerform lifetime value and cohort analysisQualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in digital data analysis and measurement, especially in live service mobile applications and scaling productsExpertise in SQL; experience with Python and R is a plusBachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field; Master’s preferredEffective communication skills for peers and upper managementResults-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projectsFearless personality: willing to challenge assumptions and provide data-driven insightsAdditional InformationRecent press coverage includes:BuzzFeed ArticleTheFeedRoad Warrior VoicesWashington PostSocial Race MediaForbes #J-18808-Ljbffr
