This company has a VERY strong leadership team and reputation within a very niche industry. This company will go through tremendous growth with this role being a large contributor – very exciting!Primary Responsibilities:Identify and source acquisition opportunities in targeted regionsBuild and maintain an acquisition pipeline through relationships with brokers, owners, and industry contactsConduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence to assess potential acquisition targetsLead negotiations and structuring of deals, including LOIs, purchase agreements, and related contractsCollaborate with internal teams and external consultants during due diligence and integration planningRequirements:BBA – Finance, Business or Economics5-10 years’ experience in acquisitions, investment banking, or commercial real estate in a similar roleAbility to work both independently as well as with senior leadershipHigh proficiency in financial modeling techniquesStrong fluency with Excel formulas and functionsStrong data gathering skills and quantitative and analytical competencySelf-starter with excellent problem solving and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate (written and verbal presentation) analyses/conclusionsExceptional negotiation and interpersonal communication pensation for this role will consist of a salary in the $150-$170k range plus a 20% bonus.
