Overview Intuit’s Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is committed to building tools and services that significantly enhance the ability of small and medium-sized businesses to manage cash flow. The QuickBooks Lending team is developing innovative solutions that empower customers to confidently access the right loan offerings with greater ease. The Lending Data Science team is seeking a Data Science Leader to lead data science and analytics for the lending business — a strategic growth initiative focused on connecting small and medium businesses with the most suitable loan products. By leveraging Intuit’s rich customer data, this platform aims to deliver personalized loan offers and streamline the application experience. In this role, you’ll analyze both internal and lender data to uncover actionable insights, provide strategic recommendations, and help scale the business rapidly. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in team leadership and influencing business strategies with data evidence. Prior experience in fintech lending is a plus. We are seeking a Manager, Lending Data Science to lead a team of 3-5 analysts and spearhead data-driven decision-making for our rapidly growing lending business. This leader will develop strategic analytics frameworks, guide experimentation, and drive insights that shape the future of lending at Intuit. What you'll bring 7+ years of experience in product, customer, and GTM analytics 2+ years of leadership experience managing junior analysts Familiarity with SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, etc.) Ability to influence senior leaders with strong data storytelling and business acumen Experience with experimentation and causal inference, familiar with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) Preferred: Experience in financial technology and lending products Why Join Us?
