OverviewThe SVP, Growth OS Enablement is responsible for bringing our Growth OS operations strategy to life for the newly formed OneMars team. In this role, you’ll drive the deployment, adoption, and ongoing evolution of Growth OS — helping connect Media, Production, Commerce, Social, and Influencer capabilities to deliver efficiency, improve effectiveness, and fuel client growth.ResponsibilitiesLead the rollout of Growth OS across Mars markets, segments, and brands — scoping requirements, managing implementation, and driving adoption.Become the go-to expert for Growth OS tools, including Publicis Briefing, Audience Building, and Consumer Insight platforms.Translate client and team feedback into actionable product enhancements, partnering with product owners to shape future development.Craft and deliver compelling client presentations, training sessions, and communications that inspire adoption and engagement.Build strong partnerships with senior partners across Publicis Groupe to align priorities and maximize impact.Develop playbooks, user guides, and training materials that make Growth OS easy to use and scale across markets.Recommend smarter ways of working, helping clients and teams unlock greater efficiency and growth.Qualifications15+ years of experience within a marketing agency or similar environment, ideally on a global team overseeing multiple markets, with a focus on account management, planning, audience creation, data & research, operations, production, commerce, and content (i.e., Data Analyst, Ad-Ops, Project Manager, Product Manager, etc.).Proven track record leading large-scale process transformation initiatives or product deployments across multiple markets/regions.Deep understanding of media agency workflows (briefing, planning, audience creation, activation, reporting) and related tools/platforms.Demonstrated ability to act as a bridge between clients, internal partners, and product/technology teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.Exceptional change management experience, including stakeholder engagement, communications planning, training program development, and adoption measurement.Strong executive presence and confidence presenting to C-suite or senior leadership audiences.Advanced program and project management skills, including scoping, resource planning, and issue/risk fortable working in highly matrixed, global organizations and managing competing priorities.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize insights and provide actionable recommendations for improving processes and performance.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and gain consensus across diverse groups.High adaptability and a continuous improvement approach, with enthusiasm for learning new technology and approaches.Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA or similar) strongly preferred.Additional informationStarcom is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
