Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummary:Oversee the organization's financial assets, ensuring efficient cash flow management, risk mitigation, and investment strategies. Responsible for managing liquidity, forecasting cash needs, and maintaining banking relationships.Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the treasury departmentExecute the development and implementation of treasury functionsDevelop, implement and maintain bank account structuresEvaluate, develop and recommend fiscal policiesResponsible for liquidity management of all entitiesDevelop and prepare cash forecastManage all relationships w/ financial institutions supporting cash management operationsManage treasury analysts by developing objectives and development plan in line with strategyImplement hedging programs for foreign exchange and interest-rate exposuresDevelop reporting package for executive team and the Board of Directors on company’s liquidity and key cash management operating metricsLead and enhance internal processes to drive operational efficiency and to ensure compliance with internal policies, controls and proceduresDevelop and monitor treasury operational policiesOversee risk management and interest rate exposuresManage all cash management functions including cash concentration, wires and account fundingEnsure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short-term excess cash; manage inter-company cash including inter-company lending, dividends and capital injectionsOversee cash management banking and financial institution relationships; negotiate bank and service feesImplement new bank technologies, products and services to improve the cash cycle and simplify company operations.Identify opportunities and implement treasury-related business process improvements including multi-lateral netting and cash pool structures via in-house bankingReview, approve and release electronic disbursementsDevelop and support treasury policies, procedures and controlsSupport special projects and acquisitions as assignedReview and approval of ACH and wire paymentsTroubleshoot daily transaction issuesPerform periodic cost review of bank and armored carrier feesReview and negotiate treasury contracts with banks and armored carriersIdentify and recommend process improvementsOversee daily cash forecast and global cash position reportingIdentify opportunities for and support global cash movements including documentation of intercompany loansMaintain strong bank relationships while managing global banking structureLeverage existing banking relationships to open, manage and maintain domestic and foreign bank accountsMonitor and oversee existing bank account services and signatories including bank account administration for opening, migrating and closing accountsEvaluate and recommend banking products, services and platforms as appropriateServe as primary administrator on online banking platforms, FX-All and other treasury platformsAssist with development, maintenance and operations of other hedging activities including exposure gatheringEffectively work with and support internal business partners including AR, AP, legal, tax and ITWork with internal and external auditorsManage corporate card, ACH debits and credit cardDevelop, monitor and upgrade treasury department budgetAct as primary point of contact for our various deposit brokers;Collect, aggregate and deliver input data required by our 3rd Party asset liability management (ALM)/Interest Rate Risk vendor on a regular basis;Receive, analyze and distribute reports and results received from our 3rd Party ALM/Interest Rate Risk vendor on a regular basis.Qualifications (Education, Experience, Computer Skills, Certifications, Etc.):Excellent analytical, quantitative and math skills;Strong data analysis and manipulation skills;Advanced or expert Microsoft Excel skills;General understanding of accounting, finance and banking;Strong verbal and written communication skills;Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively and clearly to diverse professional audiences;Ability to work under tight deadlines and with minimal supervision;Detail-oriented and well-organized;Bachelor’s degree, with a strong preference for degrees in accounting, finance or any physical science;5-10 years of current experience in any position within the financial industry primarily focused involving the management and analysis of data;Prior banking, accounting or corporate finance/treasury experienceSolid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits options include:Medical, dental and vision coverage401K with company match10 paid holidaysAccrue up to 17 vacation/sick days per year in your first year on a pro rata basisApplicant may be eligible for annual discretionary bonusNo relocation assistance provided.If you are looking to be a part of a winning team and meet the above requirements, we look forward to hearing from you.XD Bank and their affiliates are Equal Opportunity Employers.
