Our clients span private equity-backed firms, large corporations, and high-net-worth individuals, with services including tax planning, compliance, entity structuring, wealth preservation, and family succession consulting.A Tax Senior Manager collaborates closely with firm leadership, contributing to business development and team growth. The ideal candidate is a CPA with over 7 years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning, and consulting, gained at a public accounting firm.Education and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fieldMaster’s degree preferredCPA with 7+ years of experience in public accounting, industry, or bothTechnical expertise in multiple industriesProven leadership in managing and mentoring teamsStrong relationship management and practice development skillsAbility to attract and grow new and existing client relationshipsCompensation and BenefitsWeaver values our team and offers a competitive compensation range estimated between $141,000 and $290,000, depending on experience, skills, certifications, and location, particularly in California, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York Metro areas.
