In this role, you will shape and drive our turbomachinery segment, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term competitiveness.* **Strategic Leadership:** You define and implement the global strategy for our turbomachinery segment, ensuring alignment with company goals.* **Market Development:** You identify new business opportunities, foster customer relationships, and expand market share worldwide.* Customer focus: You partner with global key accounts, anticipate customer needs, and translate them into value-adding solutions.* **Product Management:** You drive innovation, product development, and portfolio management in close collaboration with R&D and Operations.* **Team Leadership:** You lead, develop, and inspire a global team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.* **Financial Responsibility:** You manage budgets, deliver on growth and profitability targets, and ensure efficient resource allocation.# Qualifications:* Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA a plus.* Extensive international leadership experience in a relevant B2B environment, ideally in turbomachinery, power generation, or related industries.* Proven track record in market development, key account management, and strategic business growth.* Strong intercultural competence and experience working in a global matrix organization.* High level of customer orientation, entrepreneurial drive, and strategic thinking.* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and negotiable in English.
