OverviewAMS - Accounts Payable and Reimbursements Shared Services Center Leader. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in San Jose.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the overall operation and optimization of the Financial Shared Service Center team in the Americas region.Upgrade the financial system and procedures according to the financial management standards and the requirements of overseas business.Familiar with AMS policies and regulations, establish a mechanism for quality control, manage risk and provide advice from the perspective of internal control.Respond actively to business demands and decide whether it is reasonable then offer professional advice and support.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsPrior experience leading Finance shared services teams; Employment Reimbursement, Accounts Payable, and/or Fixed Asset Management.Familiar with AMS accounting systems and rules as well as basic laws.Capable of adapting to a diverse work culture; excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit are required; ability to collaborate smoothly with domestic and overseas departments.At least 5+ years of experience leading a dedicated FSSC or Accounts Payable team.Professional proficiency in Mandarin is required due to system and financial documents.Preferred Qualifications5+ Years of experience in financial management for multinational corporationsExperience in establishing a Financial Shared Service Center overseas or from TMT industries.About UsFounded in 2012, ByteDance's mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life. Base pay is one component of the total package and may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units may be available. Benefits vary by location and role.
