We are well-capitalized and positioned for long-term success.What you’ll doJoin our team as a Senior Accounting Manager and take a high-impact, strategic role in building the backbone of our financial operations. This role goes beyond traditional accounting: you will drive innovation in accounting processes and financial systems to support Boundless’s growth, operational complexity, and future-readiness. If you're a solution-driven leader with expertise in NetSuite ERP and a passion for systems design and optimization, this is your opportunity to shape the future of accounting at a dynamic and mission-driven this role, you willOversee daily accounting operations related to the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations and adjustmentsEnsure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies to maintain financial integrityAdminister all finance and accounting-related applications and integrations, including Netsuite, Ramp, Numeric, and moreDesign and implement scalable workflows, roles, and permissions in NetSuite. Create customized reporting solutions, automate routine processes, and deliver hands-on support and training for end users.Identify and execute process improvements that reduce close timelines and enhance data quality across the GL and broader finance organization.Collaborate cross-functionally to design accounting systems and processes that support multi-entity, international operations and ensure future scalability.Ensure financial systems and reporting structures produce actionable, real-time insights that support company leadership in decision-making and board reporting.About youBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA required8+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of GAAPExpertise in Netsuite ERP is required, with familiarity with key financial process flows: Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to ReportExperience in driving ERP process transformation / optimization is a plusExperience working in or supporting multinational entities is a strong plusQuick learner with attention to detail and strong analytical intuitionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWhy work for Boundless?Boundless offers employees the unique opportunity to grow professionally as leaders in the online immigration industry while driving positive social change. The starting base salary for this position is typically $125,000-$158,000. Total compensation offered for this role will be dependent on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and abilities as demonstrated in the interview and hiring process.
