WHO are we looking for?CAPTRUST is seeking anWHO are we looking for?CAPTRUST is seeking an Investment Research Analyst to conduct fundamental and quantitative research on publicly traded companies for potential inclusion in the firm’s diversified portfolio. This position is responsible for disseminating information on the industry and contributes to the performance of the firm’s individual equity strategies through research findings and actionable recommendations.ResponsibilitiesResearch and analyze company fundamentals and industry dataPrepare written company and industry research reportsSupport recommendations with a clear and concisely articulated investment thesis and support materialsMonitor news flow related to existing holdings and report pertinent information on a timely basisProactively communicate with internal stakeholders on an ongoing basisSupport ad hoc requests from financial advisors and clientsQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Completion of a four-year college degree3 to 7 years' experience working in Investment ResearchDesired Qualifications/SkillsStrong preference for CFA certification (or significant progress toward obtaining certification)Data Science background and/or experience with AI highly desiredFamiliarity with research systems such as Bloomberg, FactSet, and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detailInsatiable curiosity for knowledge in the industryStrong verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of a diverse and comprehensive research processWHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?Our colleagues, like our clients, tend to stay with CAPTRUST for years.
