WorldQuant Brain provides an advanced crowdsourcing platform for external participants to contribute signals, data, and more.The Role: We are seeking a Strategy and Operations Head for our US based offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for the business to grow and engage WorldQuant BRAIN’s user base in the US. As the US head, you will be the face of WorldQuant Brain to all the US users.Define the Country’s growth strategy:Work closely with BRAIN global leadership to build the brandDevelop business case for new growth initiativesOperations include:User Management: Includes acquisition, onboarding, engagement, support and lifecycle supportEngage with internal and external partners to implement the growth planLead execution of key initiatives like promotions, competitions etc.Lead key global initiatives and craft standard methodologies across BRAIN locationsWhat You’ll Bring:Hold a Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree(s) from a leading university7-10 years of relevant experience working in B2C marketing requiredPrevious strategy consulting working with B2C clients preferredExperience as a team leaderExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFluent in spoken and written EnglishSelf-starter: has shown an ability to set up initiatives and see them to the end without supervision.Product experience: proven positive impact on user onboarding, conversion, growth or engagement metricsHistory as an entrepreneur and/or experience working in quant/finance industries are a plusWhat You’ll Like Working for WorldQuant BRAIN:You will work with some of the smartest and most exciting people in the industry. The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 which is specific to Connecticut and may change in the future.
