OverviewTalent Operations Manager at Beech Valley Solutions. Beech Valley is assisting our client in their search for an Accounting Director for a Life Sciences company in Boston. This is a hybrid (3-4 days per week onsite), long-term contract (1099) opportunity with full-time hours. ASAP start date and duration is expected to be 18-24 months.They are seeking an experienced Accounting Director with strong technical accounting expertise, a proven track record in financial consolidations, and experience in the manufacturing industry. This individual will lead accounting professionals, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, drive financial integrity, and support strategic decision-making. As a member of the Finance Leadership team this role will be required to provide valuable input into the US Finance functional strategy as well as drive enterprise projects locally and with global colleagues.
