Our talented staff understands the people, culture, and backgrounds of our candidates, helping us select the right fit for your organization.Job DescriptionPosition: Accountant (Permanent, Direct Hire, Full Time)Location: San Francisco, CaliforniaManage complex accounting projects, work independently, and prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience with SEC and Regulatory reporting.Demonstrate a high level of initiative.Support Wholesale Services, Commercial Banking, and Corporate Banking.Build valuable accounting experience including SEC and Regulatory Reporting for large loan portfolios in Wholesale Banking.Work with AFS and LIQ loan plete complex reporting requests and analyze reported amounts to explain variances.Evaluate proposed reporting changes and integrate them into the reporting process.Provide accounting guidance to the loan services team, including accounting for loan fees and costs.Collaborate with Credit Resolution Group on complex loan modifications.Review data from the general ledger and financial systems to ensure accuracy.Conduct annual FAS 91 cost studies and participate in ad hoc projects.Require 6+ years of accounting experience.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.Experience with financial reporting under regulatory, GAAP, and SEC guidelines, with the ability to apply these guidelines.CPA certification is required.Qualifications6+ years of accounting experienceCPA certificationAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
