Investment Funds Associate

A law firm seeks an experienced associate to join its Investment Funds practice group in Los Angeles. This is an exceptional opportunity for attorneys with 4-7 years of experience to work with leading private equity firms and asset managers on a variety of fund formation and transactional matters.
