You will manage high-net-worth client accounts, deliver tax advisory services, oversee tax preparation, and contribute to strategic financial planning. This hybrid role combines remote flexibility with in-office collaboration (Miami).ResponsibilitiesProvide tax advisory services, including tax-efficient strategies, business structuring, estate, and gift planning.Prepare, review, and sign off on individual and business tax returns.Conduct kickoff and review meetings with clients throughout the year.Lead and mentor junior tax staff, providing coaching and feedback.Maintain accuracy and compliance across all tax filings and disclosures.Support clients’ CFO-level financial strategy planning.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling tax services.Monitor KPIs: client satisfaction, revenue growth, on-time filings.Qualifications5+ years of experience in tax preparation and advisory.CPA license preferred (or actively pursuing).Strong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional client communication and relationship management.Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work hybrid (partially remote, partially onsite in Miami).Career advancement in a growing, supportive team.401(k) and profit-sharing programs.Health, dental, and vision insurance.About ERPS GroupAt ERPS Group, we empower business owners and medical professionals to achieve financial independence through strategic tax planning and advisory services.
