PRIVATE EQUITY ATTORNEY

Job OverviewA prominent law firm in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Private Equity Attorney with 4-5 years of relevant experience. This role involves providing legal support for private equity and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, including drafting and negotiating legal agreements and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.
