The team has over $1 billion in assets under management and are on the verge of closing their first multi-billion investment vehicle. With the energy & infrastructure verticals on the rise in 2025, the team is anticipating a very successful year with high amount of deal flow within these verticals.Additionally, within this role you would have the opportunity of working alongside some of the most successful energy & infrastructure focused investors in North America.Private Equity Associate Responsibilities:Help drive all stages of the investment process, including sourcing, diligence, structuring, and portfolio management, with a focus on companies in the industrial and software verticals.Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team members to analyze and execute transactions.Develop and maintain industry relationships to generate proprietary deal flow.Help lead deal-related analysis, financial modeling, and presentations for investment committee review.Private Equity Associate Qualifications:Top-tier college degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting is preferred but not required.Three to five years of investment banking, financial services, or private equity experience (energy, infrastructure, or utilities experience preferred).Superior modeling, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to interact thoughtfully with portfolio company management teams.Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet demanding deadlines.Ties to the Southeast (specifically South Florida).If you have a passion for investing and want to make a meaningful impact within the private investment space, then we highly encourage you to apply.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance #J-18808-Ljbffr
