You are adept with research software and embrace the latest technologies. You thrive on managing multiple projects and are comfortable with shifting priorities throughout the day.You possess strong communications skills and are able to build strong professional relationships with others.What you bringBachelor's degree, preferably in an analytical field.Experience with CoStarThree plus years in Commercial Real EstateAbility to manage and prioritize your work.Proficiency with MS Office including MS Excel.Bonus skills and experienceExperience with GIS mapping a plus.What success looks likeYou provide detailed research and convey your expertise in client meetings/presentations.You offer new ideas using collaborative methods with all team members and managers, and well as work autonomously.You produce quarterly market reports that create a buzz.You use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutionsBE who you are and what you want to be with Colliers International.
