OverviewJoin to apply for the Workplace Experience Ambassador role at SPSThe Workplace Experience Ambassador will help to elevate the office experience by providing personalized, client centric services and administrative support for a fast-paced law firm. The individual will be assigned floor(s) and provide coverage on other floors, working with attorneys, Senior Team Leads, and Practice Assistants to provide general office support and dispatch requests for Business Services, Concierge and Hospitality Services. This team member will serve as a “one-stop shop” and ensure all requests are completed to client specifications. This person is the warm welcome and fond farewell, creating memorable experiences for clients and clients’ guests. Responsibilities Pre-Arrival Coordination: collaborate with the Senior Team Lead, prepare visiting attorneys’ offices (e.g., nameplates), confirm information for visitor days, provide amenity kits and beverages/snacks as applicable, and solicit/collect client feedback to continuously improve the client experience. Client Engagement and Visitor Experience: greet clients, attorneys, and guests; build relationships; engage with visitors to ensure comfort and satisfaction; maintain client preference profiles and refresh hospitality amenities; provide floor/office tours on request; assist with scanning receipts as needed. Office Services Coordination: meet and escort visiting clients/guests; act as central point of contact for visiting attorneys and associates; monitor and follow up on service requests. Workspace Management: conduct floor walks; ensure printers and common areas are stocked and clean; restock supplies; hand-deliver office supplies; support clients with document scanning; coordinate cleaning and maintenance. Mail Handling: manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services; provide mailing supplies. Emergency Response: participate in Crisis Response Team and guide clients/guests during emergencies. Concierge Services: provide local recommendations; assist with transportation and accommodation; execute local tasks as needed. Competencies Strong verbal and written communication; excellent customer service. Proficiency with PC skills and MS Office Suite; ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Strong organizational skills; familiarity with shipping/receiving; ability to follow instructions. Qualifications And Education Requirements High School Diploma (or equivalent) required. 1+ year of prior work experience; preference for office services, hospitality, or related environment. Ability to work assigned hours; strong organizational/time management; effective problem-solving. Professional appearance and attitude; adherence to policies and procedures. Physical Demands Approximately 50% of time on physical duties such as lifting up to 60 lbs, walking, standing, and routine manual tasks.
