We specialize in QuickBase and Mendix development, consulting, cloud integration, and a number of other leading process improvement platforms.Role: Salary: $150,000 base + competitive incentive comp. We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead our high-performance sales organization, including Sales Architects, Account Executives, and Account Managers. This strategic leader will drive sales growth across verticals, improve pipeline velocity, and ensure alignment with our low-code/no-code consulting strengths. The ideal candidate excels at closing deals, leads technical and consultative sales teams, and is proficient with modern sales systems such as AI-powered tools like Orum.As our Director of Sales, you’ll be the strategic architect and tactical driver of our revenue engine. You will lead, grow, and optimize our sales function to drive rapid client acquisition and long-term growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think like a VP and hustle like a top rep—motivating teams, closing deals, and refining systems to scale. This role reports to the Executive Leadership Team and plays a critical role in shaping VeilSun’s go-to-market strategy.ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & StrategyOwn and evolve the company’s sales strategy, goals, and GTM executionLead and inspire a cross-functional sales team, ensuring quota achievement and professional developmentDevelop and refine pricing, proposals, and value propositions tailored to platform partners like QuickBase and MendixPipeline Management & ClosingMaintain strong oversight of sales pipeline activities across lead generation, qualification, and closingForecast revenue, identify risks, and propose action plans to meet quarterly targetsCoach team members on enterprise consultative selling and closing techniquesCross-functional CollaborationPartner with marketing, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure alignment from lead through implementationSupport pre-sales activities with technical stakeholders and enterprise clientsSales Enablement & ToolsLeverage advanced sales platforms (e.g., Orum, Apollo, HubSpot) to enhance outreach, tracking, and performanceIdentify opportunities to automate, optimize, and scale sales operationsRequired Qualifications7+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services or SaaS/low-code tech environment4+ years in a sales leadership role managing SDRs, AEs, and/or solution consultantsDemonstrated success in closing deals $100k+ in value with enterprise clientsStrong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Mendix, and QuickBase)Experience with AI-powered sales engagement tools such as Orum or similarExcellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skillsBachelor's degree required; MBA or comparable experience strongly preferredPreferred QualificationsDeep experience selling digital transformation or IT consulting servicesFamiliarity with agile delivery models and professional services project lifecyclesKnowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platformsJob TypeFull-timeWork LocationDenver, ColoradoBenefitsVeilSun offers an exceptional benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental insurance, STD, LTD, options for profit sharing, a 401(K), vacation, and sick clusion and AccommodationsVeilSun is an EEO Employer.
