We’re focused on helping people hang out, talk, and have more fun — before, during, and after gaming.We’re now building a new Advertising Solution, and we’re looking for a talented Sales Operations Manager to help launch and grow this exciting initiative!What You'll Be DoingDevelop and maintain reporting for pipeline management, revenue forecasting, territory definition, and sales incentives.Analyze sales performance data to deliver actionable insights and identify optimization opportunities.Build industry benchmarks to help define Discord’s rate cards, packaging, and pricing strategies.Support non-standard deal structuring by balancing customer needs with revenue and profitability goals.Align sales efforts with new product launches, marketing initiatives, and feature updates.Implement CRM best practices to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.Contribute to key internal sales reviews, quarterly business planning, and annual sales strategy development.What You Should Have6+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or pricing/yield management within digital media and advertising.Strong background in data analysis, modeling, and sales performance reporting.Deep understanding of digital advertising industry, pricing structures, and ad tech ecosystem.Expertise working with CRM systems like Salesforce and proficiency in sales analytics tools.Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced, “zero to 1” startup-like environment.Exceptional communication skills with an ability to inspire and drive collaboration across pensationSalary Range: $232,000 – $261,000 (base) + equity + full benefits.Final compensation determined based on skills, experience, and education.Why Join Discord?We believe gaming is one of the strongest ways to bring people together.
