Sales Reps for Home Improvement. Leads provided.Full-timeWe are the Leaders in Home Improvement.Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time position offers 100% commission / W-2 with benefits, with typical earnings between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit customers from their home. Territories are approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code. This role provides pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments with customers who have contacted Sears requesting home improvement estimates.
