This is an exciting opportunity to sell into a hot, high-growth space where we specialize in Workday and ERP implementation, integration, and AMS (Application Management Support) services.As a Workday Services Partner, Integrum helps both commercial and partner clients navigate complex enterprise transformations. Whether you’re motivated by ownership, income potential, or impact—you’ll have room to grow.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute a territory strategy focused on net new Workday/ERP consulting opportunitiesEngage and partner with C-level decision-makers to understand pain points and position Integrum’s high-impact solutionsLead complex deal cycles, often involving multiple stakeholders, pre-sales consultants, and technical SMEsBuild strong relationships with both direct clients and Workday partners, helping them meet staffing and delivery goalsForecast, manage pipeline, and own the sales process from first call to signed SOWHelp shape Integrum’s presence in the Dallas market and potentially lead a future sales and recruiting officeAbout YouBasic Qualifications:7–10+ years of experience selling ERP or HCM consulting/staffing services, preferably with a focus on Workday or similar enterprise platformsProven track record of consistently exceeding quota in a field sales or hybrid roleStrong ability to manage full-cycle sales and close mid- to large-size consulting engagementsExperienced in collaborating with pre-sales, recruiting, delivery, and executive teamsBonus Points For:Prior experience in Workday ecosystem or selling into Workday clients/partnersBackground in IT staffing or solutions-based sellingEntrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a team or run a regionExcellent communication skills and ability to build trust with clients quicklyWhy Integrum?Remote flexibility with strong local market ownershipCompetitive base + uncapped commissionsEquity potential and leadership opportunities as the Dallas office growsJoin a fast-moving, founder-led company where your impact is immediate and recognizedWork with a team that’s passionate about excellence, delivery, and integrityLet’s talk if you’re ready to help shape the future of ERP consulting in Texas.
