So, even if you feel that you’re close but not an exact match, we encourage you to apply.How You'll Make An ImpactThe Private Client Commercial Service Manager is accountable for delivering high quality, high touch, and exceptional service to Private Client customers through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts varying from relatively simple to more complex needs. Client Service Manager reports directly into Private Client Commercial Client Service Supervisor. This role directly contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, client growth, enhancing AJG's value to our clients and prospects, and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement. Custom Service Manager will build, solidify and expand relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing level of bespoke service, and secure existing business while driving the sales of additional lines of coverages. The role will be the primary contact for the buyer and the ultimate owner of the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality & timely manner.About YouRequired: Bachelors degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Previous experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. Appropriate licensing as required.Preferred: Insurance knowledge - P&C experience preferred.Behaviors: Builds collaborative and mutually meaningful relationships with internal and external clients. Effectively balances a strong client focus with maximizing operational efficiency.
