Research Associate

We rely on our people, our ambition, and our willingness to challenge the way science is done.The OpportunityAs a Research Associate at Escalante, you will work with an interdisciplinary group of scientists and engineers to develop the next generation of scalable single-molecule proteomics. This is a wet-lab based role where you will assist the biology team to run high-throughput proteomics assays for machine learning model training, develop robust assays for QC and validation of our platform, and collaborate with automation engineers to scale our process. Your work will directly contribute to our core platform and help guide Escalante’s trajectory.
