Learn more at Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to empower leaders, clinicians, employees, affiliates, and communities to achieve positive patient outcomes. Interact one-on-one with healthcare and consulting professionals to grow your perspectives and career. Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of cloud ERP software solutions for clients. Participate in discovery sessions to understand client business processes and requirements. Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, and validation. Document system configurations, test cases, and user training materials. Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support. Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to ensure project milestones are met. Learn ERP system functionality and stay current on product updates and best practices. Qualifications Education and Experience Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; preferred majors include Information Systems, Technology, or Business (general). Expected Graduation: May 2026. Exposure to business operations such as HR, Finance/Accounting, and Supply Chain. Internship or academic experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, Netsuite, etc.). Skills and Competencies Motivated emerging professional with a passion for improving business operations through technology improvement projects. Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into solutions. Commitment to personal and professional development and readiness to grow. Focus on customer success by developing trusting relationships and doing the right thing. Additional Information Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Work Schedule: Full-time, August 2026 start. Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship not supported. Compensation: The compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $82,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
