If you’re looking for a career where you can help make a difference in the lives of others alongside a supportive team, we encourage you to apply.What We ValueClient CommitmentIntegrityA Will to WinTeamworkPersonal AccountabilityPassionWhat You'll DoManaging a High-Volume Caseload: oversee approximately 150 cases, with around 50 actively in litigation each month, from intake through settlement or jury verdict.Engaging with Clients: maintain proactive and transparent communication, ensuring clients are informed and supported throughout the legal process.Conducting Key Litigation Activities: depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop comprehensive case strategies.Advocating in Trials: serve as lead counsel in jury trials, advocating to secure favorable outcomes for clients.What You NeedLegal Acumen: minimum of 3 years practicing personal injury or civil litigation, with 5-8 years preferred. Plaintiff-side experience is preferred for civil litigation.Licensure: Active and in good standing with the local State Bar. Multiple state bar admissions are preferred.Trial Experience: extensive jury trial experience; at least 5+ first chair trial verdicts required, 10+ preferred.
