The opportunity to work with one of the most prominent and impactful non-profits in Southern California will change the way you look at life and how your work directly impacts the lives of our community.The Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) is responsible for developing and maintaining a labor environment that aligns with the mission, vision, and values of the company, while adhering to legal, regulatory, and policy requirements. The VP of HR also oversees the administrative and operational functions of the Human Resources department and interdisciplinary teams to ensure that HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.Key areas of responsibility include recruitment, record keeping, benefits, employee relations, strategic planning, wage and hour administration, compensation, performance evaluation, employee safety, budget and fiscal management, training and orientation, and Corporate Compliance (as defined by federal law and enhanced by Corporate Compliance policies).
