Floor Manager

Borgo, a celebrated  Mediterranean trattoria  from The Marlow Collective, is seeking a Floor Manager. Oversee day-to-day operations to meet budgeted sales and labor costs; monitor productivity and manage timekeeping. Lead and support the FOH team, ensuring high service standards through training, mentorship, and performance management. Manage inventory and ordering for bar essentials, paper goods, and non-alcoholic beverages. Help develop systems that improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and support team development. Recruit, train, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of inclusion and accountability. Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and business planning sessions.
